Job Summary:
We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual IT Technical Specialist proficient in both English and Arabic. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in point-to-point connectivity, fiber optics, CCTV systems, and networking technologies such as Mikrotik, Cisco, and UBNT. Additionally, the candidate will play a pivotal role in providing IT help desk support, ensuring effective communication and technical assistance for end-users in both languages.
Responsibilities:
1. Point-to-Point Connectivity:
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot point-to-point connectivity solutions.
- Configure and optimize wireless and wired communication links for efficient data transfer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication in English and Arabic.
2. Fiber Optic Systems:
- Install, terminate, and maintain fiber optic cables and components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fiber optic connectivity.
- Collaborate with vendors, communicating in both English and Arabic, to ensure quality materials procurement.
3. CCTV Systems:
- Design and deploy CCTV systems for monitoring and security purposes.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates, providing support in both English and Arabic.
- Analyze and troubleshoot CCTV system issues, collaborating with security personnel effectively.
4. Networking:
- Configure and manage networking equipment from Mikrotik, Cisco, and UBNT.
- Implement and optimize network protocols and services, ensuring bilingual communication.
- Monitor network performance and security, addressing vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance.
5. IT Help Desk Support:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, resolving IT-related issues promptly in both English and Arabic.
- Document and track user issues, solutions, and resolutions in both languages.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in point-to-point connectivity solutions, fiber optic systems, CCTV deployment, and networking.
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco CCNA, Mikrotik MTCNA, UBNT certifications).
- Strong proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in both languages.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
